生活污水处理设备
一、用途：
生活污水处理设备适宜住宅小区、医院疗养院、办公楼、商场、宾馆、饭店、机关、学校、*、 水产加工厂、牲畜加工厂、乳品加工厂等生活污水和与之类似的工业**废水，如纺织、啤酒、造纸、制革、食品、化工等行业的**污水处理，主要目的是将生活污水和与之相类似的**废水处理后达到排放要求，使废水处理后资源化利用。

三、工艺说明
WSZ型设备的设计主要是针对生活污水和与之类似的工业**污水的处理。其主要处理手段是采用目前较为成熟的生化处理技术——接触氧化法，水质参数按一般生活水水质，进水BOD 20Omg/l，出水BOD 20mg/l指标设计，总共有六部份组成：
(1)初沉池；
(2)接触氧化池；
(3)二沉池；
(4)消毒池、消毒装置；
(5)污泥池；
(6)风机房、风机；
现分别论述如下：
(1)初沉池：设备初沉池为竖流式沉淀池，污水在沉淀池的上升流速为0.6-0.7毫米/秒，沉淀下来的污泥用空气提至污泥池。（注：WSZ-A O.5-5m3/h不设初沉池）
(2)接触氧化池：初沉后水自流至接触池进行生化处理，接触池分为三级，总停留时间为 1小时以上。加强型设备接触氧化时间可达6小时，填料为新颖梯形填料。易结膜、不堵塞。填料比表面积为160m2/m3，接触池气水比在12:1左右。（注WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h，接触池为二级）
(3)二沉池：生化后污水流到二沉池，二沉池为二只竖流式沉淀池，它们并联运行。上升流速为O.3-0.4毫米/秒。排泥采用空气提升至污泥池。（注WSZ—A0.5-5mT/h，污泥自流到污泥池中）
(4)消毒池及消毒装置：消毒池按规范标准为30分钟，若是医院污水，消毒池可增加停留时间至1-1.5小时，采用固体氯片接触溶解的消毒方式，消毒装置能根据出水量的大小不断改变加药量，达到多出水多加药，少出水少加药的目的。其它消毒装置可另行配制。（注:如用于工业污水消毒池与消毒装置可以不要)
(5)污泥池：初沉池、二沉池的所有污泥均用空气提至 WSZ-A的污泥池内进行好氧消化。污泥池的清液回流至接触氧化池内进行再处理。消化后剩余污泥很少，一般1-2年清理一次。清理方法可采用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸入污泥底部，进行抽吸外运即可。（污泥采用厌氧消化）
(6)风机房、风机：设备 WSZ-A的风机房设在消毒池的上方，进口采用双层隔音，进风口有消声器、风机过滤器，因此运行时无噪音。风机采用二台L型罗茨鼓风机，能自动交替运行。单台风机运行寿命30000小时左右。
四、设备安装、调试与维护
安装：一体化污水处理设备如果安装于地上，只要根据图纸打好基础就可以，基础承重必须大于设备运行重量的2倍。如果一体化钢结构池体埋入地坪以下。钢结构池体基础施工时，须严格水平。为了便于安装管道，要求四周挖掘宽度须比设备平面尺寸大500mm以上。
根据安装图，用吊车将钢结构池体吊入，就位安装时，须在我公司技术人员指导下进行，不能将箱体位置、方向放错，然后再进行池子之间的管道连接。 
安装完毕后把设备存满水，试验各管路接口中，不渗漏，方可用土填入设备四周缝隙中，并平整地面。把电控柜线与设备接通，电控柜与电源接通。接线时注意风机、水泵的转向。
设备安装之后，须保证下雨地面不积水，钢结构池体的上方不得压有生物，设备一般不抽空内部污水，以防地下水把设备浮体。
调试：调试工作由我公司负责。为了加快调试进度可投放菌种。为了避免菌种流失，可减少进水量并启动风机进行曝气，至填料上长出一层橙黄生物膜，即已完成填料挂膜，然后将进水量增加至额定流量。完成填料挂膜后，再对A级生物池内微生物进行驯化，即逐渐减少曝气使A级生物池处于缺氧状态，使填料上微生物变为兼性微生物。然后对微生物进行适应性运转直至达到设计要求。 
设备维护保养：WSZ-AO系列污水处理设备应建立一套定期保养制度，主要易损部件是风机与水泵。定期检查风机与水泵各部螺丝松动情况、填料挂扎的松紧情况、轴承的温度和润滑油的油质和油量，保证各部正常，同时检查消毒剂的投加及剩余量，必要时可调整投加量并补充消毒剂。风机及水泵须每运行5000-8000小时进行一次保养下维修。
五、设备几种使用方法
设备一般为地埋设备，设备上部可作为绿化地带、停车道、道路等。
设备也可采用半埋式放置，埋置深度可根据自己的要求确定。
设备也可放置在室外地表以上。
如该设备用于寒冷地带，可把检查孔加高，使设备埋设在冻土层以下。
该设备可不按标准布置形式排列，随地形需要布置。

Three. Process description
The design of the WSZ type equipment is mainly aimed at the treatment of domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The main way of treatment is to adopt the more mature biochemical treatment technology -- contact oxidation method. The water quality parameters are designed according to the general living water quality, water intake BOD 20Omg/l and effluent BOD 20mg/l index. There are six parts.
(1) the initial sedimentation tank;
(2) contact oxidation tank;
(3) two sink pool;
(4) disinfection pool and sterilizing device;
(5) sludge pond;
(6) wind machine room and fan;
The following are the following:
(1) primary settling tank: the primary sedimentation tank of the equipment is a vertical sedimentation tank. The rising velocity of the sewage in the sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 mm / sec, and the precipitated sludge is lifted to the sludge pool by air. (Note: WSZ-A O.5-5m3/h does not set the initial sink)
(2) contact oxidation tank: after the initial precipitation, the water flow to the contact pool to carry out biochemical treatment, the contact pool is divided into three stages, the total residence time is more than 1 hours. The contact oxidation time of the reinforced equipment is up to 6 hours, and the packing is a novel trapezoid packing. It is easily conjunctival and not clogged. The specific surface area of the packing is 160m2/m3, and the ratio of air to water in the contact pool is about 12:1. (note WSZ-A 0.5-5T/h, contact pool is level two)
(3) two sink pool: biochemical sewage flow to two sink pool, two sink pool to two vertical flow sedimentation tank, they run in parallel. The rising flow rate is O.3-0.4 mm / sec. The sludge is lifted to the sludge pool by air. (WSZ - A0.5-5mT/h, sludge flow into the sludge pool)
(4) the pool disinfection and disinfection device: disinfection pool according to the standards for 30 minutes, if the hospital sewage, disinfection pool can increase the residence time to 1-1.5 hours, disinfection by chlorine tablets dissolved solid contact, disinfection device according to the water quantity in the constantly changing dosage, to much more water dosing, less water the objective of adding less. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately. (Note: for example, for industrial sewage disinfection pools and sterilizing devices not)
(5) sludge pool: all sludge in the initial sink and two sink tanks are digested with aerobic air to the sludge pool of WSZ-A. The liquid reflux sludge tank to contact oxidation pool for processing. After digestion, the surplus sludge is very few, usually cleaned once in 1-2 years. Cleaning method can be used to check the tumbril hole into the sludge from the sludge tank bottom suction sinotrans.  (anaerobic digestion of sludge)
(6) fan room and fan: the fan room of equipment WSZ-A is located on the top of the disinfection pool, the inlet adopts double layer sound insulation, and there is muffler and fan filter in the inlet, so there is no noise during operation. The fan uses two L roots blowers, which can automatically run alternately. The operation life of the single typhoon machine is about 30000 hours.
Four. Equipment installation, debugging and maintenance
Installation: integrated sewage treatment equipment, if installed on the ground, as long as we lay a good foundation according to the drawings, the bearing capacity of the foundation must be 2 times larger than the operation weight of the equipment. If the integrated steel structure is embedded in the floor below the floor. The construction of the base of the steel structure must be strictly horizontal. In order to facilitate the installation of pipes, the width of the excavation must be more than 500mm larger than the plane size of the equipment.
According to the installation drawing, the steel structure pool will be hoisted by crane. When installed, it must be guided by our technical personnel. The location and orientation of the box can't be misplaced, then the pipe connection between the pools will be done again.
After the installation is completed, the equipment is filled with water, and the interface of each pipe is tested without leakage. The soil can be filled in the gaps around the equipment, and the ground is leveled. The electric control cabinet is connected to the line connected with the power equipment, electric control cabinet. Pay attention to the steering of the fan and the pump when the connection is connected.
After installing the equipment, we must ensure that there is no water on the raining ground, and no organisms can be placed above the steel structure pool. Generally, the equipment does not empty the internal sewage to prevent the underground water from floating the equipment.
