本设备是基于高份子类药剂难以溶解、易结块、投加要求高的特性而开发的系列产品。

四、设备结构
本设备可满足固体和液体絮凝剂的自动制备，主要由：三腔药箱，自动吸料机、自动投粉机、自动配水系统、出药系统，就地电气控制系统等组成，按标准进行生产及制作。
1、三腔药箱：三腔药箱分预制箱、熟化箱和溶液箱。在预制箱和熟化箱内均设有药液搅拌机（双级搅拌叶片），搅拌机采用螺旋推进式结构，搅拌叶片及轴材质为不锈钢材质，能均匀地对药液进行混合及搅拌。溶液箱内配有电极式液位控制器，有三组液位信号输出，具有高液位进水系统关闭功能，低液位进水系统打开功能，**低液位（故障）报警停机功能，并向带式压滤机发出停机指令。三腔药箱各箱体底部均设有一个排污阀，通过一根总排污管排出。 2、自动投粉机：自动投粉机由吸料机构、加料斗、干粉震荡器、螺杆输送系统、药剂监测仪等组成。螺杆输送系统由电机（变频调速）、输送螺杆组成，螺杆呈螺旋状，为不锈钢材质，输送螺杆设在料仓的底部，以便于干粉的彻底排空。
3、自动配水系统：自动配水系统由阀门、流量计等组成。手动阀用以手动设定进水流量，流量计用以进水流量的计量，电动阀用以进水系统的供水和停止供水，与溶液箱液位控制器联动。
4、出药系统：出药系统由Y型过滤器和加药泵等组成。Y型过滤器用于过滤药液中的悬浮物和颗粒状的杂质。加药泵用于将过滤后的药液输送至加药点。
