氧化塔

 芬顿（Fenton）法作为废水高级处理技术，利用Fe2+和H2O2之间的链反应催化生成具有强氧化性的羟基自由基(?OH)，可氧化各种有毒和难降解的**化合物，针对高浓度难生物降解废水处理，可作为生物前处理以改善水质，提升废水的可生化性，为后续的深度处理创造有利条件。特别适用于生物难降解或一般化学氧化难以奏效的**废水如垃圾渗滤液的深度处理。
 芬顿催化氧化塔，又称为芬顿流化床反应器、芬顿反应塔，是进行芬顿反应对废水进行高级氧化的必要设备。我司在传统芬顿反应塔的基础上，研发了具有**技术的芬顿流化床反应器，本设备利用流体化床方式使芬顿法所产生的Fe3+大部分以结晶或沉淀附着在流化床芬顿载体表面，可大幅减少传统芬顿法的加药量产生的化学污泥量（H2O2加入量减少10%～20%，Fe2+加入量减少50%～70%，污泥量减少40%～50%），同时在载体表面形成的铁氧化物具有异相催化效果，而流化床技术也促进了化学氧化反应速率及传质效应，使COD的去除率有效提升10%～20%，处理运行费用节省30%～50%。
  我司研制的芬顿催化剂系列产品，将芬顿反应所需的铁氧化物通过特殊方法附着在载体表面，形成有效的芬顿催化剂，可大幅减少药剂投加量及化学污泥产生量。该系列催化剂机械强度高，为固态颗粒或长条体状，通过**方法烧结制备，保证了其活性组分的高利用率，并且可以实现大规模的工业化生产。

The Fenton catalytic oxidation tower, also known as the Fenton fluidized bed reactor and the Fenton reaction tower, is the necessary equipment for the advanced oxidation of the wastewater by the Fenton reaction. Our company based on the traditional Fenton reaction tower, Fenton developed a fluidized bed reactor with patented technology, the equipment using the fluidized bed to Fenton generated by most of Fe3+ by crystallization or precipitation attached on the surface of fluidized bed Fenton carrier, chemical sludge can significantly reduce the amount of medicine produced the traditional Fenton method (H2O2 amount is reduced by 10% to 20%, Fe2+ content reduced 50% ~ 70%, 40% ~ 50%) to reduce the amount of sludge, while the formation of iron oxide on the surface of the carrier with heterogeneous catalytic effect, and fluidized bed technology also promoted the chemical reaction rate and mass transfer effect, the removal rate of 10% ~ 20% COD effective promotion, operation treatment cost savings from 30% to 50%.
