    一、电镀废水的来源
       1.度件清洗水;2.废电镀液;3.其他废水,包括冲刷车间地面,刷洗较板洗水,通风设备冷凝水,以及由于镀槽渗漏或操作管理不当造成的“跑、冒、滴、漏”的各种槽液和排放。4.设备冷却水,冷却水在使用过程中除温度升高以外,未受到污染。
    二、电镀废水的成分
       含氰(CN-)废水和酸碱废水外,重金属废水是电镀业潜在危害性较大的废水类别。根据重金属废水中含重金属元素进行分类,一般可以分为含铬(Cr)废水、含镍(Ni)废水、含镉(Cd)废水、含铜(Cu)废水、含锌(Zn)废水、含金(Au)废水、含银(Ag)废水等。
    三、电镀污水处理方法
       化学氧化法:利用某些溶解于废水中的有毒有害物质在氧化还原反应中能被氧化或还原的性质,通过投加氧化剂或还原剂将其转化为无毒无害的新物质,或者转化成容易从水中分离排除的气体或固体形态,从而达到处理这些有毒有害物质的目的,这种方法就是氧化还原法。
      1.含铬废水:在酸性PH值为2 ̄3条件下,将亚硫酸根将六价铬还原成三价铬,然后调PH值为8 ̄10.5,使之生成氢氧化物沉淀。
      2.含氰废水:废水在碱性条件下,次氯酸盐氰根氧化分解为无毒的物质,其反应原理为在碱性条件下,用氯酸钠作氧化剂,使氰根氧化成氮气、氢气和碳酸盐。
      3.含焦磷酸铜废水:利用重金属硫化物的溶度积非常小的原理,在反应沉淀池中投加Na2S破络,然后通过PH控制系统自动投加石灰,调节PH值10.5,废水中磷酸根离子与钙离子生成基磷酸盐,反应完全后,经过静置沉淀,上清液流入综合废水调节池,沉渣由重力排入污泥过渡池。
      4.含铜、镍酸碱综合废水:含镍、酸碱综合废水流入其调节池中破铬后的废水合并,然后提升到混合池中,在混合池中和破氰后的废水合并,加入氢氧化钠调整PH值在10.5左右,然后自流到反应池中,这时镍、铬等离子形成溶度积极小的沉淀物,通过投加石灰和絮凝剂,使水中颗粒在絮凝剂的作用下加大,然后再沉淀池中利用浅层沉淀的原理加速度沉淀分离,达到去除重金属的目的。
    四、废水回用工艺
    废水经物化处理后经泵输送至回用水系统,含铬废水经处理达标后直接回用至前处理工序用水,处理达标后的酸碱废水和含锌废水经多级沉淀过滤后进入回用系统。回用系统前处理装置中,经过处理达标后的废水泵入多介质过滤器,以截留除去水中的角度粒径悬浮物、不溶性**物、胶质颗粒、微生物等杂质碳过滤器可吸附水中的部分重金属离子和溶解性**物,能吸附前级过滤中无法去除的余氯,以防止后级膜组件受余氯的氧化而分解进入膜组件的余氯要求大于0.1mg/L。
    即使通过碳滤、微滤后的废水杂质大为减少,也不能直接通过反渗透来制取回用水。微滤只能截留0.1 ̄1um之间的颗粒,能允许大分子**物和溶解性固体通过。为减少反渗透膜膜清洗次数,延长反渗透膜额使用寿命,超滤做为可靠的反渗透处理系统显得尤为重要。超滤膜可截留粒径大雨膜孔的微粒和分子量30000 ̄10000的分子溶质,而无机离子和分子量小于5000的溶质能透过膜。
    反渗透膜能够截留水中的各种金属离子、非金属离子、胶体和小分子的**物反渗透膜对于无机离子,特别是对废水的二价和高价分离率一般可达95以上。
    厢式压滤机是通过设备中的介质(一般为滤布)的阻挡来实现固液分离的效果。设备使得介质的两边形成压力差,这样液体就是通过滤布再进过管道排出,而固体就被留在了滤布上,慢慢的累积,就形成了。
