生活污水处理设备
生活污水处理设备的设计主要是针对生活污水和与之类似的工业**污水的处理，其主要处理手段是采用目前较为成熟的生化处理技术-接触氧化法，水质参数按一般生活水质，进水BOD200mg/1，出水BOD200mg/1指标设计，
总共有六部分组成：调节池；接触氧化池；二沉池；消毒装置；污泥处理机；风机，
 
以下我们进行生活污水处理设备的各个单元的详细说明：
初沉池：初沉池为竖流式沉淀池，污水在深沉池的上升流速为0.6-0.7毫米/秒，让大颗粒污泥沉淀下来，降低后续生化处理的负荷，沉淀的污泥通过污泥管道提升至调节池，实现再一次循环的处理；
2、接触氧化池：初沉后水自流至接触池进行生化处理，接触池分三级，总停留时间为1小时以上，其中加强型设备接触氧化时间可达6小时，填料为新颖填料，易结膜，不堵塞。填料比表面积为160m2/m3，接触池气水比在12：1左右；
3、二沉池：生化后污水流到二沉池，二沉池为二只竖流式沉淀池，它们并联运行。上升流速为0.3-0.4毫米/秒。排泥采用空气提升至污泥装置；
4、消毒池装置：消毒池按规范：“TJ14-74”标准为30分钟，若是医院污水，消毒池可增加停留时间至1-1.5小时，采用固体氯片接触溶解的消毒方式。消毒装置能根据出水量的大小不断改变加药量，达到多出水多加药，少出水少加药的目的。其它消毒装置可另行配制；
5、污泥装置：污泥池清液回流至热交换氧化池内进行再处理，消化后剩余污泥很少，一般1-2年清理一次，清理方法采用吸粪车从污泥池的检查孔伸入污泥底部，进行抽吸外运即可。也可以通过循环处理掉；
6、风机：风机设在消毒的上方，进口采用双层隔音，进风口有消声器、风机过滤器，因此运行时无噪音；单台风机运行寿命30000小时左右。
 
生活污水处理设备的应用特征：
（1）适用范围：适用于住宅区、饭店、宾馆、疗养院、学校、矿山、工厂等生活污水处理及类似的工业污水处理。
（2）设备特点：集处理BOD5、COD、NH3-N、粪大肠杆菌、PH于一身；污水处理设备可地表安装，也可以埋入地下；产生的嗓声低异味少，对周围环境的影响小；净化程度高，整套系统污泥产生量少；自动化程度高，管理方便，不需要专人管理；技术稳定，维护方便；能耗低，节省运行成本。
（3）型号规格：清之源生产的生活污水处理设备，有固定规格的一体化设备六种型号；还有根据根据生活污水水量或水质进行设计制造的成套设备。
（4）工艺说明：生活污水处理设备的设计主要是对生活污水和与之相类似的工业**污水处理，其主要处理方法是采用较为成熟的生化处理生物接触氧化法，水质设计参数按照一般生活污水水质设计计算，进水BOD5平均值为200mg/L，出水BOD5平均值为20mg/L。
a、水解调节池不在设备内，需用户另建，池内须装粗、细格栅各一道，以拦截污水中的粗渣和较大悬浮物。
b、生物接触氧化池内中部挂满组合填料；底部装有SLB型射流曝气机2台，一台为定时自动曝气，一台随提升泵联动工作。
c、沉淀池为斜板式，池内进、出水管均采用多排孔布水、集水，使水流状态稳定；池底为“V”型斜底并设有两根多孔排泥管，池内污泥每3-6个月由水泵或粪车抽出外运。
