    家禽屠宰污水处理设备污水主要来自:宰前饲养场排放的畜粪冲洗水;屠宰车间排放的含血污和畜粪的地面冲洗水;烫毛时排放的含大量猪毛的高温水;剖解车间排放的含肠胃内容物的废水;炼油车间排放的油脂废水等。此外,还有来自冷冻机房的冷却水和来自车间卫生设备、锅炉、办公楼等排放的生活污水。

    家禽屠宰废水处理工艺:
    进水→机械格栅→毛发收集器→隔油沉砂池→调节池→水解酸化池→一级接触氧化池→二级接触氧化池→沉淀池→消毒池→达标排放
    目前对该类废水的治理,均采用以生物法为主的处理工艺,包括好氧、厌氧、兼氧等处理系统。但无论采用什么生物处理工艺,都必须充分重视预处理工艺,应设置捞毛机、格栅、隔油池、调节池或沉淀池等,以尽量降低进入生物处理构筑物的悬浮物和油脂含量,确保构筑物正常运行。
    肉类加工废水含有大量的血污、毛皮、碎肉、内脏杂物、未消化的食物以及粪便等污染物,悬浮物浓度很高,水呈红褐色并有明显的腥臭味,是一种典型的**废水。一般不含重金属及有毒化学物质,废水中富含蛋白质及油脂,含盐量也较高。肉类加工废水属易于生物降解的高悬浮物**废水,废水水质、水量变化范围较大。
    家禽屠宰污水处理设备污水水量
    隔油池(oil separator)是利用油与水的比重差异,分离去除污水中颗粒较大的悬浮油的一种处理构筑物。石油工业和石油化学工业在生产过程中排出含大量油品的废水;煤的焦化和气化工业排出含高浓度焦油的废水;毛纺工业和肉品工业等排出含有较多油脂的废水。这些含油废水如排入水体会造成污染,灌溉农田会堵塞土壤孔隙,有害作物生长。如对废水中的油品加以回收利用,则不仅可避免对环境的污染,又能获得可观的经济收益。
    废水中油品比重一般比水小,多以三种状态存在:①悬浮状态:油品颗粒较大, 油珠直径0.1毫米以上,漂浮水面,易于从水中分离。在石油工业中,这类油品约占废水含油量的60~80%。②乳化状态:油品的分散粒径小,油珠直径在0.1毫米以下,呈乳化状态,不易从水中上浮分离。这类油品约占废水油含量的10~15%。③溶解状态:石油在水中溶解度较小,溶于水的油品占废水含油量的0.2~0.5%。隔油池主要用于分离去除废水中悬浮状态的油品,而乳化油品则要用上浮或混凝沉淀法去除。
    该装置中的A0生物处理工艺采用推流式生物接触氧化池,它的处理效果优于完全混合式或二、三级串联完全混合生物接触氧化池。该装置配有土壤脱臭措施,其利用钢筋混凝土结构池体上部空间设置了改良土壤及布气管。当恶臭成份通过土壤层溶解于土壤所含的水份中,进而由于土壤的表面吸附作用及化学反应转入土壤,较终被其中的微生物分解而达到脱臭的目的。

This kind of oil accounts for about 10 - 15% of the oil content in the waste water. Dissolved state: the solubility of oil in water is very small, and the oil dissolved in water accounts for 0.2 to 0.5% of the oil content in the wastewater. Oil separator is mainly used to separate and remove the suspended oil in the wastewater, and the emulsified oil should be removed by floating or coagulating precipitation.
    The A0 biological treatment process in this device adopts a plug flow biological contact oxidation tank, and its treatment effect is better than that of fully mixed or two or three stage series full mixing biological contact oxidation pond.
