公司简介:济宁天通水处理设备有限公司业务范围涵盖废水处理、环保设备制作与销售。主要经营:纺织印染废水处理、化工废水处理、制药废水处理、食品加工废水处理、造纸废水处理、养殖废水处理等设备。环境保护是充满生机、蓬勃发展的绿色行业,我公司将以良好的专业技术、高效的管理机制以及灵活的运营模式,与社会各界携手共发展,为建设环境友 好、资源节约型社会而竭诚努力! 农村生活污水处理设备 工艺说明 设备主要用于生活污水和与之类似的工业**废水的处理,其主要处理方法是采用目前较为成熟的生化处理技术-生物接触氧化法,水质设计参数按一般生活污水水质设计计算,按BOD5平均200mg/l,出水BOD5按20mg/l设计。设备主要有七部份组成: (1)全自动格栅 (2)缺氧池 (3)生物接触氧化池 (4)二沉池 (5)消毒池 (6)污泥池 (7)风机房、自动控制柜。 污水进入设备前行设置-调节池,以调节污水水质、水量、调节池有效停留时间一般为4-8小时,调节池进口处设置格栅 网箱,以拦载污水中的大颗粒杂物确保水泵正常运行。 (1) 全自动格栅:调节池中的污水由水泵抽至格栅内,格栅用于拦载污水中的微小漂浮物和悬浮颗粒,拦载下来的污物随格栅齿耙自动进入污池中,污水流入后续工艺 中,具有分离效果好(栅条间距2mm)能自动除污物、不易堵塞、使用寿命长等优点。 (2) 缺氧池:缺氧为脱氮处理而设置,经过格栅分离后的污水自流进缺氧池与接触池中的回流硝化液相混合,缺氧池中放置NZP-II型填料作为反硝化细菌的载体, 填料对氮、磷、硫化物去除效果好,停留时间为2小时与前续工艺中的污泥池相结合形成A/O法处理工艺,从而达到脱磷、脱氮的目的。 (3) 生物接触氧化池:共分三级,总且化时间6小时,**级采用NZP-I型填料,该填料水流特性十分优越,*三级采用NZP-II型填料,该填料比表面积大, 处理负荷达14kgBOD/m3.d是一般填料的5-10倍,生化池采用中心廊道微孔曝气,污水在生化池内不断循环,充分地与填料上的生物膜相接触,达到**物迅速降解作用。 (4) 二沉池:生化后的污水进入二沉池,二沉池设计表面负荷0.9-1.2m3/m2.d二沉水槽为升降式可调液位,齿形集水槽,其槽集水均匀沉淀效果较好,二沉池的污泥气提至污泥池。 (5) 消毒池:按国家标准:TJ14-74制作,消毒池停留时间为30分钟,消毒采用二氧化氯发生器或紫外线消毒。 (6) 污泥池:经格栅拦载的污物和二沉池污泥均进入污泥池,污泥池内设有污泥硝化系统,污泥池上清液回流至调节池。 (7) 风机房、自动控制柜:风机房单独设置,内装二台进口风机,风机房和微机控制柜为一体,风机房出风管和设备进风管相连结,其距离不**过15米。 2设备特点 能够处理生活系统综合性废水及相类似的**污水。采用玻璃钢结构、具有质轻、耐腐蚀、抗老化性等优良特性、使用寿命长达50年以上。全套装置施工简单、操作容易,所**械设备均为自动化控制,全部装置设置于地表以下。管理维护方便,设备配有微机全自动控制系统,风机采用进口风机。 3适用范围 宾馆、饭店、疗养院、医院。 住宅小区、村庄、集镇。 车站、飞机场、海港码头、船泊。 工厂、矿山、*、旅游点、风景区。 与生活污水类似的各种工业**污水。 Company introduction: Jining Tian Tong Shui processing equipment Co., Ltd. covers the business scope of wastewater treatment, environmental protection equipment production and sales.
