The characteristics of the food industry waste water are high content of organic matter and suspended matter, easy to corrupt and generally not toxic. The harm is mainly caused by eutrophication of the water body, resulting in the death of aquatic animals and fish, causing the odor of organic matter deposited on the bottom, worsening the water quality and polluting the environment. The food industry has a wide range of raw materials and a wide variety of products. The water quantity and water quality of the effluent are very different. The main pollutants in the waste water are
